"परामर्श" PARAMARSH - FOR ECHS BENEFICIARIES

A message from Col JP Singh, erstwhile OiC Polyclinic, NOIDA is reproduced below. Paramarsh is a voluntary, non-commercial, praiseworthy venture started by him to assist ECHS users. बारे में एवं ई.सी.एच.एस. से सम्बंधित इलाज, अस्पताल, medical equipment, hearing aids, reimbursement, referral procedure, intimation of change of polyclinic, ECHS treatment while on tour, admissions in empanelled/non-empanelled hospitals, treatment in service hospitals, dependents' treatment and their cards, new ECHS cards, NA medicines, provisions and procedure for a few critical diseases like cancer, kidney and liver transplant, diabetes, cardiac procedures, newborn baby treatment, prostate problem management, psychiatric and Alzheimer patient management and hand-holding of senior/super-senior veterans living alone and in distressed conditions.

Sir, I am very grateful to you for your kind words and offer. Sure I have no objection to ii. My Book 'ECHS My Lifeline' is almost ready for print which is in a plain and simple language in English. I have also tried for every contents given in book on ECHS by quoting letter ref as an authority under which issued. Therefore, sir I would like to give you and to your website a link of the book "ECHS My Lifeline" for the viewers for ready reference as and when I get its SOFT Copy from the Printer. It is going to be shortly. If this venture of mine goes well then I shall publish next edition in simple language HINDI too so that everyone incl a Jawan/JCO of remote area also gets benefited and they learn more about ECHS for taking max advantage of this wonderful Health scheme.I had visited your sight many times and it is very very educative and informative for ESMs fraternity covering all aspects.Updating ECHS matters through your website I shall also start.
