Most of your data as submitted by banks is pre-filled saving you the labour of filling. You simply need to recheck this data and fill up other details like your Income from Other Sources, exempt income and the deductions.

Lt Col Mukul Dev @Warrior_Mukul  is presently fighting this case where in the Govt has gone on appeal against the judgment of the AFT on grant of NFU to The Indian Armed Forces.  


UPDATE 06 AUG 2021 - The case was listed in SC for hearing but it did not take place

UPDATE 17  DEC 2020 - Mukul has written to CJI as such the case is listed for 01 Jan 2021. Let us hope for the best.

Dear Brig Dhand Sir,

1.      A number of members and non-members of TSEWA have been requesting me to explain NFU in simple terms and how does it affect serving and retired officers of Armed Forces. I have taken inputs from Col Mukul Dev’s table of empanelment of IAS Officers of various batches to the post of Director / Joint Secretary / Additional Secretary in central government and how Organized Group A services are benefited of higher pay by NFU.

I also used data available from SAI 2 / S / 2008, Circular 555 of OROP – 2013 and New Defence Pay Matrix issued in the form of Gazette Notification dated 22 June 2017 to arrive at approximate pay of all Officers as on 01 Jan 2016.
