EXCELLENT TV DEBATE ON OROP CONDUCTED BY NEWS NATION

     THIS IS THE BEST DEBATE WHICH WE HAVE SEEN ON ANY TV CHANNEL AS OF DATE. IT WAS CONDUCTED AT 6 PM ON 13TH JULY. NEWS NATION BROUGHT IN AN IAS OFFICER WHO FUMBLED FOR WORDS WHEN ASKED AS TO WHY THEY UPGRADED THEIR PENSION AND REDUCED FOR THE ARMED FORCES AS ALSO WHY THEY GAVE THEMSELVES UPGRADATION IN PAY ON NON FUNCTIONAL BASIS.

It is very unfortunate that the Citizen in our country are not at all aware of their Armed
Forces and where a Fauji stands in our Society. What to mention about our politicians who

are weal and totally ignorant about the Armed forces in their roles as such they get guided
rather misguided by the Babus in the Ministry. The babus have singular aim of tearing down
the Armed Forces as none of them can compare with the prefessional Standards what
Military Officers have. The debate brings out clearly about so many American Presidents
who have been Ex Faujis.
       With such large consortiam of Babus. who put hurdles knowingly in every aspect of the
Armed forces whether it is policy or procurement of the weaponry, being on the scene, the
country needs no external enemy. In them we have enough in house moles who are all set
onto weakening the Armed Forces by lowering their morale thereby seriously jeoparding
their dedication and performance.
       Any Military Force whose morale is at its lower ebb is unfit to win any wars. Sure
enough the Pakistan Army must be making merry to see our Faujis on the road and planning
to hit us once again at an opportune moment. Do we realise what disastrous message is
being conveyed by the Government in denying the rights to Armed forces, to the serving
officers and men. Their silence must not be misconstrued. The Indian Army Act and the
denial of some important Constitutional Fundamental Rights do not allow them to speak
up, lest they be court martialled for un-officer like conduct.. But within them they know
how shabbily the fauj is being treated, denied their rightful place in the country and
employed on all sorts of odd and derogatory jobs including spreading of mats for yoga day
at Rajpath. Can the Government call any of its civilian government servant to some jobs
other than their official duties.
         The overwhelming crowds gathering at the recruitment rallies should not misguide us
about the popularity of the Armed forces among the youth of the country, it is a simple
reflection of the utter poverty in the country and joblessness. Just think of the kind of
material which may come into through these rallied today, most are from families living
below the poverty lines. It raises a doubt whether this material will win the future war for
the Nation.
       No middle class family today likes to send their sons to the Armed forces. Rather than
living a life of indignity, lower remuneration and lack of promotions in the Armed Forces,
they prefer corporate and private jobs.
       Just ask your ownself, will you like to send your son to the National Defence Academy
today. This elite Institute, at one time, trained Princes of the States. Last with us was Capt
Amrinder Singh the present Maharaja of Patiala..
         The Nation must rise as otherwise next WAR will only be a disaster for india.
