MY POWER POINT PRESENTATION ON CASHLESS DIGITAL FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS.

   In view of the monetary policy as enunciated by the Govt of India in promoting the use of Digital Payments which is also called as the plastic Money The Payment Corporation of Inda a Govt of India enterprise has initiated a number of systems in the Banking Network giving us the choice of using many such methods for payment.
   Very recently The PLASTIC MONEY has been now has additional brother called MOBILE MONEY. You mobile phone empowers you to make cashless transactions from your bank account or from your mobile wallets. We have prepared this presentation which will help any one to not only understand various systems but also set up the applications on their mobile phone. (CONTD)----


   The UNIFIED PAYMENT INTERFACE (UPI for short) was established around Aug/Sep 2016 which is a Hi-Teck interface linking all branches of the Banks which have Joined UPI (Most banks have since Joined the UPI) and accounts identified by the registered mobile  numbers of the Customers. Here the bank customer is reached out by the system with VPA (Virtual Payment Address as    mobileNo@ICICI  or the bank in which the account is maintained eg.   1234567890@SBI .

    Our Prime Minister launched Sarkari Mobile Application named "BHIM" on 30 Dec 2016. It is available on Android as well as IOS Platform. Its a very simple application which primarily uses the UPI system for fund transaction . Here the money can be sent to a VPA or by traditional to Account Number and IFSC Code of the recipient..
