Sub: COLLECTIVE CRY FOR OUR RIGHTFUL DEMAND
    Let us -
    1. Make a consolidated list of all affected veterans. I can make the list with the mails you all send me, if desired so.
    2. Place an application on MOD with a copy to Defence Minister.
    3. Send copies to all other concerned heads.
    4. Wait for a fixed period.
    5. Think of further action.
    How to do it:
    1. Let us all become members of RDOA.
    2. Consult with the President, secretary & members of RDOA.
    3. Plan the process for sending the application through RDOA.
Hope this bears fruit and ends the step-motherly treatment of us!
    Thanks.
    Regards.

  3. What does the level under the first Column Pay Band Grade Pay (1 to 24) indicate. Is it the number of years of service since commissioning or anything else. This clarification will enable me to understand as to where I stand in the revised Matrix.

  4. Dear Sir,
As I understand, the pay matrix is for serving soldiers only.

There does not seem to be mention of the pension for the ESM.

  5. Dear Sir,
    Good Day!
I understand the numbers 1 to 24 indirectly indicate the length of service as the level indicates the rank in the matrix system.
    Wishes and regards!
